URL Mapping

domain.tld > DOCUMENT_ROOT > DOMAIN_PATH

STF_ROOT_PATH = Root directory STF is used for

BASE_DIR = STF_ROOT_PATH

DOMAIN_PATH + BASE_DIR = BASE_PATH

Actually any URL can map to any dir. But the default reference is the BASE_PATH.

Page Content and Layout

Templates should support positions ala Joomla
Positions should be chosen within a post and assigned a template (widget/module?)
Positions chosen within a post can be assigned data points via database reference, data points via inter-page relationships or content via form.
